Mark Schultheis and Patrick White founded Schultheis White, PLC in 2021. Mark spent 18 years with Nyemaster Goode, P.C. and he is a Fellow in the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers, whose membership is limited to 250 attorneys who have displayed exceptional skills, the highest integrity and have dedicated their professional lives to trial practice. Membership is by invitation only, with recommendation from peers and judges and requires unanimous approval by the Board of Governors of the Academy.
Additionally Mark is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, which is recognized as the preeminent organization of trial lawyers in North America, dedicated to maintaining and improving the standards of trial practice, professionalism, ethics and the administration of justice. Membership is limited to 1% of the lawyers in the State of Iowa.
Patrick has been a trial attorney for nearly 20 years. He specializes in litigation, focusing on commercial litigation and administrative law. Prior to founding his own law firm in 2011, Patrick was a partner in Iowa’s largest law firm. Patrick has represented Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and individuals in disputes of every size and complexity. Patrick spends a significant amount of time in the courtroom and has successfully represented clients in many jury and non-jury trials. He prides himself on his aggressiveness in litigation, commitment to excellence, and unwavering dedication to his clients.
